Dec. 13 YM Profile Structure

Posted below is a market profile of the YM from Dec. 13, 2007. Would this profile be considered a "running profile neutral day" as Stiedlmayer would put it?

Range extension on both ends but with buyer control to close near the upper range.

Note: Profile starts at A period.
