Does anyone have an idea of how to put an alert on the volume bars in Tradestation.

The TS guys say an alert cannot be fired off in volume even though there is an alert panel in the format indicator box.

Does anyone know if it is possible to create an alert when, say, the volume histogram reaches 20000 on a three minute chart.

(I have tried putting a horizontal line on the volume at 20000 with an alert on that, but even that will not work when the volume hits 20000)

Thank you Blu-Ray it works a treat, and being able to change the threshold input allows use in various time frames, your speed and help is greatly appreciated, I can now amble off and make a cup of tea without having to stare at the screen all the time.

Again many thanks.
