Stick to the Charts, not Fundamentals

To be a successful technical trader, you need to be able to read graphs and leave the perceived fundamental analysis out of the equation.

Read the charts for the trend, but when the trend turns, dont be left high and dry. Remember, The Trend Is Your Friend.

All charts talk to you, you just need to learn their language.

Amen. I completely agree with you Follow The Trend. Once a traders is able to interpret the langauge of the market, he is on the right track.

Charts definitely tell me everything I need to know about the markets. Technicals tend to lead fundamentals.

This is a very simple, but very essential concept to grasp. I suggest taking a good look at what it really means. I know the concept seems trite, but it is one of the most important trading ideals I have come across.
