How do I search for another members posts?

also Can I subscribe to them so I can see all the posts they make ?

This can be done by visiting the user profile and going to Statistics. (snapshot attached)

Or clicking on the text of the users name above a message they have posted.

but how do I find that user in the first place ?

Top right there is a search box (to the right of the TL banner) click on advanced and you can search for a user.
