Only Vote If You Have Been In The Chat Room

I am just curious as to the actual percentage of individuals having an issue with the chat room freezing.

Options:

1) Never had an issue.
2) Few times a week.
3) Few times a day.
4) Throughout the day. (possibly unusable).

5 Lock-ups yesterday. None today.

But still not possible to upload an image. Charts don't show up.

Yesterday with IE got knocked out many times , couldn't post. Switched to firefox and today it was better , only a few times couldn't post and just waited for a while and then I could post again.

Yes, it does seem like firefox is better at handling the connection issues. It appears that at times the browser looses connection with the database. Every so often when I try to reload/refresh after it freezes it doesn't even let me on the main TL website for 30 seconds or so. Also, I know that there is an bug where after awhile you have to sign out and back in to view the history or upload files. Of course this isn't really a big deal. However, I really do like this chat program. It's very clean and simple...to the point and has pretty much everything you need. I just wanted to throw the question up because I know of at least three individuals that couldn't stay in the room specifically because of freezing issues.

Firefox people may want to play with the Fasterfox 2.0.0 Add-on. It's made a huge difference in response time for me.

yes. but the market is out to get me so i presume the chat room software too.

If need be, the regulars may want to consider something else - perhaps PalTalk like used in other chats.

You might also be interested in the Flashblock Add-on. Changed my life.

Then of course there's Adblock Plus.....
