New Infinity AT

Attention InfinityAT Users:

The InfinityAT Platform has been updated. When you next log into your platform you will notice a mandatory update. If your live version has never requested an update, you may still have a very old version and will need to uninstall and reinstall.

The new version will be 4.3.5 -- The top left corner of your horizontal scoreboard window displays the version you are logged into.

Auto-update does not exist in the simualtors as it does in the Live version. If you are using a simulator on a different computer, simply uninstall and reinstall using the same download link. Remember, simulators and live versions cannot be on the same computer.

Updates:

You will notice, the entry price of your trade will now be highlighted in Yellow in the price column of the trading ladder.

There will be colorization if you use brackets. You will see the price of your bracket limit order highlighted in green and the price of your stop market order highlighted in red. Example is below.

Note: if you do not like the new colorization of bracket orders, this feature can be disabled in your properties menu.

The last update of InfinityAT modified a function of the bracket -- now if you cancel either the limit or stop order of your bracket -- the bracket will disable -- and both orders will be cancelled. You will see a warning message if you attempt to cancel one side of your bracket letting you know both orders will cancel.

That is a slick bracket feature.

Hi Tom,

quick question - I work in an office where we all use Trading Technologies platform. I've also got an account with Infinity, and generally recommend Infinity as a platform for people to use if they want another account (due to similarities to TT's X Trader) - however most people are surprised by the feature in the Infinity AT ladder where when you 'hover' your mouse over the price depth, the depth disappears?

Why is this? It is extremely annoying? Is there any chance this could go on the 'to be fixed' list?

Hi FS,

Couple of changes
1. Entry price is highlighted in new version as well as profit objectives and stop loss.
2. When you cancel one side of a bracket order you will receive a pop up notice telling you that by canceling one side of bracket you will be canceling the entire bracket. Click OK and entire bracket is canceled.

The changes are very apparent once you start using the new platform.

Thanks for your question.

This is definitely being worked on. There is a patent issue with TT. We had to make this adjustment to the platform as a work around. We do believe this issue will be resolved soon. Keep your mouse on the price column and the depth will be shown.

What exactly are you looking for?

The ability to change the format of price in the quotes and the DOM.

Look at corn, for example.

Easier to trade if you could change it from say, 5.996 to 599.75.

Tick value of $12.50 remains the same regardless of how the price is formatted and shown.

I see what you mean, but that is exchange level formating. It's how grains have always been formatted.

2 = 1/4
4 = 1/2
6 = 3/4
