US Treasury Bond

I was just going through some charts and came across this. It looks like an ascending head and shoulders pattern with some sort of wedge forming right now.

Now no one might know the answer to this - but if that trend line broke what would the fundamental implications be?

That is one ugly looking daily chart. I do not think traditional CSA ( candlestick analysis- hey, everyone has abbreviations for their stuff, why not us. I hope the VSA dont get too mad though) works well on market like that.
