Measured Move Objective
There's no doubting the resilience of this up trend. The only question is, how far can we go until the next big pullback? The measured move objective (MMO) theory tells us that the next wave up is likely to be the same size and duration as the previous move up. Looking at the chart, a measured move objective for the Dow would be just over 14,000.
