Best Book for Beginner Trader

Just started the learning curve to day trade forex and would appreciate info on best book to read.

"Trading in the Zone" or if you don't mind a little dryness, "the disciplined trader" both by Mark Douglas. These books highlight the mental aspect of trading which IMHO is the most important and potentially the most difficult.

Initially try reading less and jump on to trading and experiment with little money. Once you get a feel for it, you will know which books are better for you. There's a lot of books on the market but only a handful on each aspect of trading thats quality. Good Luck,
