Well, I totally and completely fucked up what should have been a beautiful week.
I am going to add to this but in the meantime, I have to calm down as at the moment, I only have one thing to say....

48hrs ago I was moaning GJ was dying a summers death.
48hrs ago I posted it would drop as shown in the dailies.
1hr ago I had bought into the drop 5 times and given back all of the last 2 weeks profits.
Trade the plan - not what you think. bollocks.
I am 100% discretionary from now on.

I'm not sure discretionary means not following your rules.
I quote Steenbarger: "It is a curious, but surprisingly common error to assume that discretionary trading means trading without rules. Discretion means that we employ real-time judgment in entering, exiting, and managing positions. Rules can guide that discretion, just as rules and plans may guide a quarterback who calls plays in a huddle and changes those calls at the line of scrimmage." Anyhow, good luck.
