On Saturday mourning my sleep was interrupted and I awoke with thoughts about my trading. I have been trading over five years and this has never happened to me before. I have been lately putting a lot of effort into internalising Mark Douglas' work. I believe this dash of insight has come from my subconscious and I'm really excited about it.

I have decided that I want to keep a journal to spotlight obstacles that are holding my trading back. In the past I kept a detailed journal of all kinds of statistics related to my edge. I found it to be a waste of time and not really adding value. I had the belief record keeping is one of the corner stones of successful trading.
