YM Analysis for Oct. 26, 2006

We had another market in balance. Couple of interesting levels I will be watching for today.

The 12120 market held as a key support yesterday. This is the weekly pivot, yesterdays low, and the VAL of 10/23 cluster zone.

The 12165 - 12170 mark is also an intersting level. The VAH and daily pivot cluster zone. It is aslo in line with the VAH from 10/23 and 10/24. Will be looking for buying opportunities at this level.

The 12190 is another level I wil be looking at. Overnight session pretty much took this level out. Any retracement back to this offers a long opportunity. Will be looking at tape for confirmation.

It looks like the overnight session hit the 12220 mark as resistance. Also in line with the R1 pivot. Will be an interesting level to watch.

Any braek above this 12220 mark and I really do not see much resistance. Offers plenty of pivot plays above this level.

Will be looking for these levels but will adjust the trading plan accordingly to market action.
