Overnight limit is 5% - RTH first limit is 10%
The % is calculated at the start of each quarter, hence a hard point limit of 70 points (overnight mkt)
which is slightly more than 5% at current prices ...
The limits during RTH, in case we need them today :-) are
140 points (the 10% limit)
280 points (20%)
420 points (30%)
