There was a cool article in Trader Magazine months back about John Arnold, Amaranth and Brian Hunter.
I guess it was basically a duel to the death in natural gas trading. Brian Hunter/Amaranth were trying to hold the market up themselves and Arnold, his fund and the market just kept blasting them until they put them into oblivion.
Then after it was all over Arnold and Hunter had lunch togather. I'm guessing Arnold picked up the check.
